Abstract

Top leaders need to offer proper infrastructure and effective governance by creating an enabling policy framework. Professor can play the serious role of building competencies of learner through best educational practices. All this can definitely help institutions to achieve their goal. At the bottom of quality is a challenge. Key to sustenance lies in the flexibility to changing environment. The final objective should be making brilliance an integral part of one's nature. Quality subsequently is not immediately an act but a habit. Making quality a method of life is the only step to achieve the aspired objective.
